Todd teaches English at Memorial University in St. John's, but has been a fly fishing guide on the Avalon peninsula every spring and summer for several years now. In the fall, between teaching days and trips to the midwest for steelhead, Todd helps a local fisherman hand-line cod on a local fishing boat.
Keegan works as a youth pastor in St. John's and is currently completing his master's degree with the Dallas Theological Seminary. A proficient caster with both single and two-handed rods, Keegan learned fly-fishing in Cape Breton on the Margaree River. Every spring, Keegan travels to places like The Bahamas and Hawaii to stalk bonefish and tarpon, and he has become a knowledgeable autumn forager with his wife Jenny.
Blair is a Navigation Officer with the Canadian Coast Guard, and grew up fly-fishing for trout and salmon around St. John's, his teenage summers highlighted by extended annual trips to The Exploits River. When not patrolling on the ocean with the Coast Guard, Blair is a dedicated hunter and angler who includes spring and fall salmon angling in Cape Breton and upland bird hunting on the Avalon Peninsula among his favorite past times.

Thanks to everyone who made 2024 the busiest year yet for the Ghillies. We'll be back in 2025 and ready to organize day-trips for Atlantic salmon, sea-trout, or trout. We are also planning more foraging excursions and camping and fishing over-nighters.
